Searching in the Storm
“Mina, wait up!” The desperate red-headed boy yelled as he chased after her. She ran quickly through the freshly fallen snow as her boots left prints in the tracks. Tears streamed down her face as she ran, her scarf and pigtails billowing in the wind.
“Mina, please, stop running!” Yakeo panted in an attempt to keep up with her but stopped and bent over holding his knees while trying to catch his breath.
“Hey, what's up with her?” Aina was just rounding the corner as she watched her sister hurry ahead.
“I have no idea,” Yakeo panted, “We were just sitting on a bench by the lake when som
